Terms of Engagement.
The structural boundaries governing the relationship between the Miya Group ecosystem and the Vanguard traveler. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Engagement.
Service Definition (Scope of Architecture)
1.1 Travel Architecture. Miya Global Travels provides bespoke logistics, asset procurement (aviation, hospitality), and routing services.
1.2 Agency vs. Principal. While we architect the experience, certain assets (commercial flights, specific hotel brands) are third-party entities. We act as your authorized representative in securing these assets.
1.3 The Miya Synergy. Services may be cross-pollinated with Miya Consultancy for legal/visa requirements. These terms apply to the holistic experience.
Financial Clearance (Payment & Deposits)
2.1 Non-Refundable Nature. Deposits are used to secure unlisted assets and private charters that require immediate capital allocation.
2.2 Currency. All transactions are processed in BDT or USD based on the current global exchange matrix.
Strategic Rerouting (Cancellations)
3.1 Client-Initiated. Cancellations must be submitted via an encrypted communication channel.
- Over 30 Days: 50% of the total balance is recoverable (minus deposit).
- Sub-14 Days: 0% recovery (100% forfeiture) due to asset locking.
3.2 Systematic Rerouting. In the event of a force majeure (weather, war, pandemic), Miya Group reserves the right to reroute the expedition. We prioritize safety over the original itinerary.
Liability & Force Majeure (The Buffer)
Miya Group does not assume liability for systemic failures of sovereign borders, international aviation carriers, or weather-induced delays. While we provide 24/7 proactive rerouting, the final execution of third-party assets is subject to their independent operational stability.
Regulatory Sovereignty (Visas & Passports)
5.1 Data Accuracy. The client is responsible for providing 100% accurate identity assets (passports, health records). Any friction caused by inaccurate data is the client's liability.
5.2 Visa Denials. While our Consultancy branch maintains a high clearance rate, the final decision rests with sovereign embassies. Visa rejection does not constitute grounds for a refund of travel assets already secured.
Conduct & Protocol
6.1 Behavioral Standards. We reserve the right to terminate an expedition immediately — without refund — if a client's behavior endangers the crew, security detail, or the reputation of our partner network.
6.2 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to a Zero-Leak Policy. Details of private routes, unlisted estates, and security protocols must not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Jurisdiction (The Final Node)
7.1 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
7.2 Dispute Resolution. Any structural disagreements will be resolved through private arbitration in Dhaka before seeking external legal recourse.
